Quiet Cove LLC was fashioned as a unique partnership specifically to develop special residential properties for discriminating home buyers in eastern Connecticut. Managing partners, Richard and Edward Wisniewski bring a diversity of knowledge in planning, design and construction of commercial, institutional and residential projects, with individual projects up to $60 million. Previous experience as general contractors and construction managers included projects throughout southern New England and into New Jersey. Located in southeastern Connecticut, Quiet Cove LLC is now focused on opportunities in this geographical area. Personal experience, by the managers, in single-family home and condominium projects includes direct hands-on involvement with many aspects of construction including sitework, concrete, masonry, carpentry, trim, drywall, insulation, painting and more. Their knowledge is reinforced by a foundation of formal education in engineering and architectural design. This range of experience and knowledge ensures that Quiet Cove homes are constructed to the highest quality, bringing enhanced value to Quiet Cove home buyers.
